Are you a new patient?
If this is your first visit to the Chiropody Surgery we kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes earlier for your appointment so we can take your details. A typical appointment lasts up to 30 minutes. Your podiatrist will take time to assess you and your feet. This will involve asking questions about your general health along with any medicines you may be taking. During the consultation, if your podiatrist discovers any further problems, they may refer to your GP or another health care professional, with your permission.
Claiming through your health insurance?
If you are planning to use your medical insurance to cover your podiatry treatment we recommend that you check with your health insurance company to ensure your visit is covered. We request patients settle their accounts at the end of the consultation whereupon a receipt will be provided which you can forward to your insurance company for reimbursement. We are unable to deal with insurance companies directly.
How can I pay?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards.
What if I need to cancel?
Please let us know by phone or e-mail with 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment and we will be happy to make you a new one, otherwise a fee may apply.
